In December 2016, the Batra Group acquired the license for both Hi-Tec & Magnum brands for UK, Ireland, Benelux, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland and Scandinavia. A new company, Hi-Tec Europe Limited, was formed which will be based in the UK. Since 1974, they have been uniquely designing products and converging their history in Sportswear & Outdoor to offer innovative and comfortable footwear.
