Our history as Zafiro began in 2017, with a project initiated by the Plomer family in 1998. The reorganisation of that project and a generational change in the family opened up a new stage of exponential growth under the leadership of sisters Antonia and Maria Plomer. The brand now boasts twelve hotels, three 5-star hotels and nine 4-star hotels. The Plomer family has added their personal stamp to the company and consolidated the chain thanks to their extensive experience in the industry.

In 2023, our search for innovation led to redefining the all-inclusive concept, creating All Inclusive Redefined®. Our hotels are designed for all types of travellers, from romantic getaways to spa breaks, sports holidays or family fun trips.
