Ensure that you return the item in its original packaging or securely packaged. Enclose a copy of the Delivery Note or include your name, address, and order number to help process the return. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
If you need your order quickly, Zanussi provides a Next Day Delivery option. To avail of this service, place your order by 14:30 on a weekday (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 14:30 on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. You will receive a tracking email from DPD to keep you updated on your shipment.
