If changes are needed for an order, such as adding or removing items, or even canceling, TrustMD encourages customers to contact their customer service with their order number handy. They’re eager to help and do their best to accommodate requests.
Once an order ships, TrustMD sends a tracking number to the customer’s email, which can also be found in their account on the order page. With that tracking number, customers can keep an eye on their package as it makes its way to them!
TrustMD accepts returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund, although the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Opened items can be returned for a refund minus 10%. Just be sure to contact customer service first to get a Return Authorization Number!
Once TrustMD receives the returned package, they process refunds within 5 business days. Customers will be notified via email once the refund is complete, although the actual refund might take a bit longer to appear on their card, depending on their bank.
